My friend Tina Ferrie was bullied all through high school, and honestly, there is nothing wrong with her.
I started drama with Tina last year and the first time I saw her act, I was blown away. The first thing I thought was, she needs to get out of Australia and make it big.
But Tina is struggling to pick up the money to pursue her dreams and PLEASE read please please please, please read her story.
Hello! My name is Tina! Im a normal 19 year old Aussie with extraordinary dreams.
I hoping before I get too into my 20’s i’ll be able to travel to the UK, which has been my dream ever since I was a child.
I live in a lower class town with my mother and we do the very best to afford the necessities. It’s a bit embarrassing to know that we sometimes struggle to buy food or clothing.
Im currently a full time student at Wollongong TAFE to help mum pay the bills. I am more than capable of working, ive just been rejected from numerous jobs before job seeking, during job seeking and after job seeking.
Basically my ultimate dream is to go back to my families heritage and stop just day dreaming about the UK and actually do it!
I need atleast $2000 for airfares and around $1000 for everything else.
I live and breathe this dream. Im not the kind of teenager who would take this as a joke. Im a hardworking, healthy teenager. Visiting the UK would literally make all the sacrifices worth it.
Im lucky to have the full support from family and friends and all i need now is the support from kind hearted people like yourself.
I know its a dodgy thing to do over the internet (this is the first time ive even considered doing this) but I promise you with my whole heart and soul your money WILL go towards helping me achieve my dream and not towards stupid things.
